ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN STRESS MANAGEMENT

This course is designed for professional stress management practitioners, trainers and related disciplines. It is suitable for developing an advanced knowledge and practice of stress management that will reduce your clients’ stress levels and therefore enhance their quality of life. Entry requirements
This course is available to all practitioners and staff in the stress management profession and related disciplines who have one year social care experience. It is also available to mature students studying stress management.

Study hours
The approximate amount of time required to complete this course is 240 hours.

Assessment
Each lesson has practice exercises that you complete to develop your professional practice. There is also an assignment after each of the two course modules. You email these two assignments to your online tutor. Your tutor is available online to give you constructive feedback and support throughout your course.
