1.   Enrolment Application & Course Process:

      Step 1: Select your course
      Step 2: Enrol on your course:

                   a) If applying directly through ICVE then:
                       Complete the Enrolment Form online and pay by credit card. This is a secure online method with easy                        instructions.

                   or

                   b) If applying for a course through an ICVE Education Agent then:
                        Contact your ICVE Education Agent and request a Course Application Form. Send the completed Course                         Application Form with the course fee to the ICVE Education Agent in your country.

      You will receive your course online when your enrolment and payment has been verified.
      Step 3: You will receive a ’password’ that will give you access into the website for your course.
      Step 4: Download your complete course. This will allow you to study through your course off line. Save your complete                    course on your Personal Computer (PC).
      Step 5: Complete your assignment at the end of each module of the course. Go on line and email it to ICVE for                    assessment and a grade.
      Step 6: When you have successfully completed all your assignments you will be notified to apply for your course                    Diploma/Advanced Diploma award.

2.   Your Student Guarantee:

      The International Centre for Vocational Excellence (ICVE) will:

1. Provide all online course material for you to download.
2. Provide all online tuition services and marking of all assignments until successful completion of the course.
3. Provide, on successful completion of the course, the ICVE Diploma/Advanced Diploma award.
4. Provide these online services until successful completion of the online course or for a maximum of one year provided the student follows the guidance of the tutor.
5. Provide support for graduates of ICVE courses to apply for UK professional membership of the College of Teachers or the Institute of Counselling.

3.   Conditions of Enrolment:

1. All online course materials become the property of the student on the understanding that copyright materials may not be used by others.
2. Course materials may be used in group work only with the express written permission of ICVE.
3. Course fees are payable in UK (GBP). Fees paid are not refundable except during the first two weeks after registration.
4. A transfer to another course will always be considered but is subject to an administrative fee.
5. All applicants are subject to approval from the ICVE Admissions Secretary before enrolment.
6. The ICVE reserves the right to alter, substitute or amend course materials without prior notice due to upgrading of courses. Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected by these conditions of enrolment.
